To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Before returning goods you will need to email or phone us so that we can supply you with a Returns Reference Number. Any items returned without this number will not be processed immediately, and will cause a delay in refunds by up to a week as we locate your order.
All notification of returns need to be made to us within 14 days of goods receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. From issue of our Returns Authorisation Number you have 30 days to return the item to us.

If you are based in the UK and purchase over £100 (excluding shipping) worth in goods contact us via email and we will send you a pre-paid returns label that will allow you to return goods that do not fit or are not as expected.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, Additional non-returnable items:
- Underwear or hosiery for health and hygeine reasons
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns or part returns of orders that have been placed using the ClearPay option will be subject to a 6% administration fee deducted from final refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged.
We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Wild Star Hearts UK Ltd, Ruxton House, 14 Ruxton Close, Swanley, Kent, BR8 7DA.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the most suitbale address listed abpve depending on where you live.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
