We offer free shipping on all order over £50 using the code FREESHIPPING50 at the checkout.

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day - all other orders will be dispatched the next working day. Any delays in dispatch we will notify you about using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

All orders are sent tracked and we endeavour to keep you as informed as possible. However, if you have any concerns about the tracking of your parcel, contact us at wildstarhearts@gmail.com and we will do our best to answer it.

Whilst we we make every effort to re-route packages when customers change their delivery address after placing an order, we cannot be held responsible if the item is delivered to the address that we were originally provided with.
